CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

This policy applies exclusively to digital services and token purchases made through the AI-SEOGen website. Because our Service provides instant access to digital features (AI-generated SEO content, image discovery services, and token consumption), and because tokens can be consumed immediately upon purchase, the rules for cancellations differ from physical products.

1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services (EU/Cyprus Rules)

Under EU consumer protection law, digital services may normally come with a 14-day right of withdrawal unless the customer agrees to immediate service delivery.

By purchasing tokens or accessing the Service, you explicitly agree that:

• Digital service delivery begins immediately,
• Tokens may be instantly available and consumed,
• And therefore, your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has begun.

This means: Once tokens are credited to your account or you begin using the Service, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund is provided.

If you do not want to waive your withdrawal rights, do not purchase tokens or begin using the Service.

2. Refunds for Unused Tokens

As a general policy:

• Tokens that have not been used/consumed may be refunded only at our sole discretion.

To request such a refund, you must contact us at:
sales@powersoft.com.cy within 14 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to approve or decline refunds depending on usage history, abuse prevention, and technical feasibility. Once any portion of the tokens has been consumed, no refund is possible, even partially.

3. No Returns on Delivered Output

Because all outputs (SEO text, images, CSV exports) are:

• Generated instantly using AI,
• Downloaded directly by the user,
• Non-retractable digital goods,

We cannot accept “returns” of generated outputs or provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with the content. It is your responsibility to review and validate all generated results before using them commercially.

4. Incorrect Token Credits or Billing Issues

In the rare case of:

• Incorrect token allocation
• Double charges
• Failed transactions
• Technical issues resulting in token loss

We will investigate and correct the issue by:

• Restoring lost tokens, or
• Providing a refund if appropriate and approved.

5. Service Access Cancellations

You may stop using the Service at any time.

However, stopping usage does not entitle you to a refund for previously purchased tokens. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of our Terms & Conditions. No refunds are provided for suspensions or terminations due to policy violations.

6. Promotional or Free Tokens

Free tokens, trial credits, or promotional balances:

• Are non-refundable
• Have no monetary value
• May expire

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

7. Business Purchases

Most users of AI-SEOGen are businesses. Under EU law, business purchases do not have the 14-day withdrawal right.

Therefore, for business accounts:

• All token purchases are final and non-refundable
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing
