AI-SEOGen provides browser-based tools for e-commerce businesses, including:

Bulk SEO text generation using artificial intelligence based on product data you upload.
Automatic product-image discovery using Google Search results.
CSV import and export capabilities.
Token-based usage model.

The Service is provided entirely client-side where possible.

We do not store your CSV files or catalog data on our servers, except minimal technical logs required for security and billing.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Service, you confirm that:

You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction,
Or you use the Service on behalf of a business with proper authority.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You are solely responsible for:

The content of the CSV files you upload,
Ensuring you have the rights to use and process such data,
Reviewing and verifying the results generated by the Service.

You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated outputs without human review.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The SEO content generated (titles, descriptions, meta text, etc.) is produced automatically by AI.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or unintended statements.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated text.
You must independently review all generated content before using it in a commercial environment.
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable SEO, marketing, and content publishing regulations, including consumer protection and advertising laws.

We accept no liability for any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to:

Loss of ranking
Incorrect product information
Misleading descriptions
Intellectual property infringements
Legal or regulatory non-compliance

5. IMAGE DISCOVERY DISCLAIMER (GOOGLE SEARCH)

The Service retrieves product images by querying publicly available images via Google Search.

You acknowledge and agree that:

We do not own, host, store, or control the images returned through Google Search.
We do not verify, cannot guarantee, and are not responsible for:
- Image copyright status
- Licensing rights
- Accuracy or relevance of images

You must independently verify that you have the legal right to use any images retrieved.

We disclaim all responsibility for disputes or claims related to:

Copyright infringement
Trademark violations
Unauthorized usage of third-party intellectual property

6. TOKEN-BASED PRICING

Token consumption depends on the selected operations.

Overage charges may apply if you exceed included usage.

7. NO STORAGE OF CATALOG DATA

Except for minimal operational logs, we do not store, copy, back up, or retain:

CSV files
Product data
Generated output
Source or target column information

All processing occurs locally in your browser.

You are solely responsible for exporting and securing your data.

8. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice, including:

Features
Pricing
Token usage rules
Availability or performance

We will not be liable for any loss or impact caused by such changes.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

The Service interacts with or references third-party components, including:

Google Search
Browser infrastructure
External AI models or APIs

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, licensing, or legality of any third-party resources.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Service:

AI-generated output is provided to you under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, but subject to third-party copyright restrictions (especially images).

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Cyprus law:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for:

Loss of revenue, profits, or business
Loss of data
Incorrect or harmful AI outputs
Copyright or licensing disputes
SEO performance or ranking changes
Image rights violations
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G. M. POWERSOFT COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LIMITED from any claims arising from:

Your use of AI-generated descriptions
Your use of images returned by Google Search
Copyright or licensing disputes
Violations of law or third-party rights
Misuse of the Service
Your failure to review or verify generated content

14. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments remain due.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Cyprus courts.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the website.

Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
